High Country Development LLC has been formed specifically for the development of Town Center and The Peaks at Town Center. YMS Ltd. is the member of High Country Development LLC and has been directly involved in the
development and operations of hotels, resorts, timeshare development and casino operations for the past 20 years.
 
Jack W. Ottinger serves as President of YMS Ltd. and has a thirty-five year track record in the hotel development business. He has been actively involved in the construction of several major hotels as well as the continuing daily operations of the properties. These include:

Hilton Inn - 200 rooms - Springfield, Missouri
Hilton Inn - 450 rooms - Sunnyvale California
Best Western - 250 rooms - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Timeshare Development - 2600 unit weeks - Aruba

Mr. Ottinger will continue with YMS Ltd. and be actively involved in the development of Town Center and The Peaks at Town Center.
